Nylabone is made from pure virgin nylon which is annealed
after moulding, resulting in a therapeutic chew device which
is strong,safe and very durable. The bristle-like projections that are
raised on the surface of the bone as it is chewed massage the
surface of the teeth and gums and help to prevent plaque from
forming. Choose the largest size your dog can comfortably
hold in his mouth in order to derive the greatest dental
benefit.

Returns
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order at any time within 14 days of the date received. You must tell us that you wish to cancel and send the product back to us within that same 14 day period. All returned goods must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. You will be responsible for payment of the return postage (unless product is faulty) and receipt/delivery slip should be retained as proof of purchase.
When returning faulty goods, these will be uplifted at the cost of Murray Direct. A full refund will be provided or replacement product offered.
Murray Direct may, at its sole discretion, arrange for uplift of the goods to be returned at the cost of the customer.
Any bespoke / special / non stock item goods, cannot be returned unless faulty.
