Johnsons Ear Cleanser for Cats and Dogs 18ml has a gentle action to soften, dissolve and aid removal of wax and other debris from the ear canal. It is antibacterial, non-irritant, non-staining and may be used regularly to help keep ears clean and free from excess wax, which can lead to other ear problems.Directions for Use:May be used once or twice weekly, or as required, to help prevent build-up of wax and other debris. Warm drops gently to body heat e.g. hold bottle in hand for a few minutes before use. Hold bottle above ear and very gently squeeze drops according to size of animal as shown on the packaging. Hold head on one side for 15-20 seconds to allow the drops to penetrate the ear canal, massaging gently the base of the ear, before allowing the animal to shake its head. Repeat with other ear. Wipe any excess cleanser and dislodged wax from top of ear canal with cotton wool.Important:Johnsons Ear Cleanser is NOT suitable for treating severe ear infections – consult a Veterinary Surgeon immediately if there is a heavy, strong smelling discharge or serious inflammation, swelling or pain with severe scratching, head shaking or tilting. It is important to thoroughly read the information supplied on the packaging before administering.Contents:Propylene Glycol, Chlorocresol, TerpineolNote:Ear problems can also be due to mite infestation, in which case use Johnson’s Ear Drops to kill ear mites.

Returns

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order at any time within 14 days of the date received. You must tell us that you wish to cancel and send the product back to us within that same 14 day period. All returned goods must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. You will be responsible for payment of the return postage (unless product is faulty) and receipt/delivery slip should be retained as proof of purchase.
    When returning faulty goods, these will be uplifted at the cost of Murray Direct. A full refund will be provided or replacement product offered.
    Murray Direct may, at its sole discretion, arrange for uplift of the goods to be returned at the cost of the customer.
    Any bespoke / special / non stock item goods, cannot be returned unless faulty.
